Kindly take some time out to read through our terms and conditions (online purchases) to ensure a fuss free and enjoyable shopping experience.

 

By shopping with us, you are deemed to have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to the terms as stated below.

 

GENERAL

  • Our working days are Mondays to Fridays, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • All orders will be attended to within 2-3 business days.

 

GENERAL PURCHASE AND DELIVERY

  • Kindly ensure you have selected the correct items(s) before checking out. NAILWRAP.CO will not be able to amend orders once they have been confirmed and will not be held liable in the event the wrong items are selected, or if duplicate orders are placed.
  • Kindly ensure the full and correct address is stated, including your mobile number. Orders with incomplete/incorrect information may result in delayed delivery. A re-delivery fee will apply if the parcel is returned.
  • Orders will be shipped out within 2-3 business days (unless otherwise stated) upon payment verification.
  • Mailing days include weekdays only, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • NAILWRAP.CO reserves the right to accept or reject any order(s).

 

CURRENCY

  • All orders on NAILWRAP.CO are processed in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
  • For your convenience, we have a currency convertor on our site. However. this if for an indication only. While the content of your cart will be displayed in your local currency, you will checkout using Singapore Dollars at the most current exchange rate.
  • This is the reason why your confirmation email amount may differ to the amount on your bank statement.

 

MAKING A PURCHASE

  • Please note that by adding item(s) into your cart, it does not signify you have successfully purchased the item(s). Item(s) is only secured upon submission of payment.
  • All prices are final upon payment checkout. Refunds will strictly not be allowed in the event item purchased is available on sale thereafter.

 

LOCAL DELIVERY

  • All local orders are delivered via Singapore Post or Qxpress.
  • Delivery takes between 1-3 business days.
  • Tracking number provided.
  • We do not ship to no-go zones such as offshore islands, restricted address etc.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

  • All international orders are delivered via our International Shipping Partners.
  • Delivery takes between 3-10 business days.
  • Tracking number provided.
  • We do not ship to PO Box, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

SINGAPORE DELIVERY CHARGES

  • For orders below SGD 50, top up SGD 3.50 for trackable delivery.
  • For orders above SGD 50, trackable delivery is FREE.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY CHARGES

  • Shipping fee starts from SGD 8. For detailed rates, click HERE.
  • Shipping is free for orders above SGD 120.
  • Delivery takes between 3-10 business days, depending on the country it is delivered to.
  • Tracking number provided.
  • All shipping addresses are to be written in English without accents marks or letters. If the incorrect address is provided and your order has been shipped, customers will incur a reshipping fee.
  • We do not ship to PO Box, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
  • Remote regions may have limited shipping options and may take a longer time.
  • Delivery times are estimates only. Neither Postal Carriers or Couriers will guarantee delivery times. NAILWRAP.CO will not be responsible for any delays caused by our shipping partners. We seek your understanding during this difficult time globally.
  • You may be charged for handling fees and taxes when your order goes through the customs. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs and tax regulations differ for each country. To avoid unplanned costs, estimates on customs & duties may be found here.
  • NAILWRAP.CO will not be responsible for any delays or held liable should any parcels be seized by the customs due to unpaid taxes.

     

    PAYMENT

    • We accept all major credit cards such as VISA, MasterCard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
    • Your order is only secured when payment has been made, and you receive an order confirmation via email.

     

    DISCOUNT CODES / VOUCHERS

    • Discount codes/credit vouchers must be applied before you complete the checkout process.
    • Discount codes are strictly non-extensible.
    • There will be no refund if the code/voucher is not applied to your order during checkout.
    • There is no exceptions to this.

     

    REFUND POLICY

    • Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unused condition.

    ORDER CANCELLATION

    • Amendments or cancellations can't be made once your order's been confirmed!
    • We always want to make sure your order's delivered to you as quickly as possible, so it's sent for processing as soon as we confirm it.

     

    DEFECTIVE / INCORRECT ITEMS

    • If you have received a defect / incorrect item from us, please email us at hello@nailwrap.co with the following information: Order Number, Photo of Evidence.
    • Please allow us 2-3 business days to get back to you.

     

    REPRESENTATION OF ITEMS

    • For glitter/sprinkle nail wraps, please note that glitter/sprinkle placement will differ for every pieces - this will not be considered a defect.
    • Colors shown may have slight variance on different screens as different tech devices have different specifications. As such, colors may be portrayed with slight differences. This applies especially for brighter hues. This will not be considered a defect.
    • Items with slight imperfections (e.g. slightly flipped clear protective film) which do not affect the overall appearance or usage of the item will not be considered a defect.
