By shopping with us, you are deemed to have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to the terms as stated below. 



  1. Our working days are Mondays to Fridays, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  2. All transactions will be attended to within 1-2 working days. 


  1. Kindly ensure you have selected the correct item(s) before checking out. NAILWRAP.CO will not be able to amend orders once they have been confirmed and will not be held liable in the event the wrong items are selected, or if duplicate orders are placed.
  2. Kindly ensure the full and correct address is stated, including your mobile number. Orders with incomplete/incorrect information may result in delayed delivery. A re-delivery fee will apply if the parcel is returned.
  3. Orders will be shipped out within 1-2 working days (unless otherwise stated) upon payment verification.
  4. Mailing days include weekdays only, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  5. NAILWRAP.CO reserves the right to accept or reject any order(s).


  1. All orders on NAILWRAP.CO are processed in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

    For your convenience, we have a currency converter on our site. However this for an indication only, NAILWRAP.CO process all orders in SGD. While the content of your cart will be displayed in your local currency, you will checkout using SGD at the most current exchange rate.

    This is the reason your confirmation email amount may differ to the amount on your bank statement.


  1. Please note that by adding item(s) into your cart, it does not signify you have successfully purchased the item(s). Item(s) is only secured upon submission of payment.
  2. All prices are final upon payment checkout. Refunds will strictly not be allowed in the event item purchased is available on sale thereafter. 


  1. All local orders are delivered via Singapore Post or Qxpress.
  2. We offer Standard Registered Mail / Courier. Delivery will take 1-3 working days for Singapore Orders and 7-30 working days for International Orders.
  3. Please note that local delivery applies to all addresses except no-go zones such as off-shore islands, restricted address etc.

  1. NAILWRAP.CO ships worldwide via Singapore Post. Shipping is at a flat rate of SGD 6. Delivery takes between 7-30 working days, depending on the country it is delivered to. Significant delays in delivery is expected due to COVID-19 situation. Tracking number provided.
  2. You may be charged for handling fees and taxes when your order goes through customs. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs and tax regulations differ for every country. If you’ve any questions regarding the charges, please refer to your local delivery service.
  3. NAILWRAP.CO will not be responsible for any shipping delays or held liable should any parcels be seized by the customs due to unpaid taxes.
  4. NAILWRAP.CO will not be responsible for any delays caused by your local postal service. We seek your understanding during this difficult time globally.


We accept payments via Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Amex, Mastercard and VISA.

  1. Your order is only secured when payment has been made, and you receive an order confirmation via email.


  1. Discount codes/credit vouchers must be applied before you complete the checkout process.
  2. Discount codes are strictly non-extensible.
  3. There will be no refund if the code/voucher is not applied to your order during checkout. 


  1. All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated below. We strictly do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges - there are no exceptions to this. Please review your cart before completing your order. 


  1. Amendments or cancellations can't be made once your order's been confirmed!
  2. We always want to make sure your order's delivered to you as quickly as possible, so it's sent for processing as soon as we confirm it. 


  1. If you have received a defect / incorrect item from us, please email us at hello@nailwrap.co with the following information:

- Order number

- Photo of evidence

Please allow 2-3 working days for us to get back to you.


  1. For glitter items, please note that glitter placement will differ for every piece.
  2. Colors shown may have slight variance on different screens as different tech devices have different specifications. As such, colors may be portrayed with slight differences. This applies especially for brighter hues. Requests for exchange/ return due to such reasons will be rejected.
  3. Items with slight imperfections (e.g slightly flipped clear protective film) which do not affect the overall appearance or usage of the item will not be considered a defect.
