Kindly take some time out to read our terms and conditions (online purchases) to ensure a fuss free and enjoyable shopping experience. 

By shopping with us, you are deemed to have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to the terms as stated below. 

 

GENERAL

  1. Our working days are Mondays to Fridays, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  2. For all sales enquiry, kindly email us at hello@nailwrap.co with your order number.
  3. All transactions will be attended to within 1-2 working days.

 

GENERAL PURCHASE AND DELIVERY

  1. Kindly ensure you have selected the correct item(s) before checking out. NAILWRAP.CO will not be able to amend orders once they have been confirmed and will not be held liable in the event the wrong items are selected, or if duplicate orders are placed.
  2. Kindly ensure the full and correct address is stated, including your mobile number. Orders with incomplete/incorrect information may result in delayed delivery. A re-delivery fee of $5 will apply if the parcel is returned.
  3. Orders will be shipped out within 1-2 working days (unless otherwise stated) upon payment verification.
  4. Mailing days include weekdays only, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  5. All orders are shipped out according to order number, we do not combine orders.
  6. NAILWRAP.CO reserves the right to accept or reject any order(s).

 

MAKING A PURCHASE

  1. Please note that by adding item(s) into your cart, it does not signify you have successfully purchased the item(s). Item(s) is only secured upon submission of payment.
  2. All prices are final upon payment checkout. Refunds will strictly not be allowed in the event item purchased is available on sale thereafter. 

 

DELIVERY 

  1. All local orders are delivered via Singapore Post, Ninjavan or Qxpress.
  2. We offer Standard Courier. Delivery will take 2-5 working days for Standard Courier.
  3. Please note that local delivery applies to all addresses except no-go zones such as off-shore islands, restricted address etc. 

 

SINGAPORE DELIVERY CHARGES

  1. Singapore Registered Mail / Courier

- $3.50 for orders below SGD$50

- Free for orders above SGD$50 

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY CHARGES

  1. NAILWRAP.CO ships worldwide via Singapore Post. Shipping is at a flat rate of SGD$6. Delivery will take 7-15 working days, subject to customs clearance and weather conditions.
  2. You may be charged for handling fees and taxes when your order goes through customs. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs and tax regulations differ for every country. If you’ve any questions regarding the charges, please refer to your local delivery service.

 

PAYMENT

We accept payments via Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Amex, Mastercard and VISA.

  1. Your order is only secured when payment has been made, and you receive an order confirmation via email.

DISCOUNT CODES / VOUCHERS

  1. Discount codes/credit vouchers must be applied before you complete the checkout process.
  2. Discount codes are strictly non-extensible.
  3. There will be no refund if the code/voucher is not applied to your order during checkout.

 

REFUND POLICY

  1. All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated below. We strictly do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges - there are no exceptions to this. Please review your cart before completing your order.

DEFECTIVE / INCORRECT ITEMS

  1. If you have received a defect / incorrect item from us, please email us at hello@nailwrap.co with the following information:

- Order number

- Photo of evidence

Please allow 2-3 working days for us to get back to you.

 

REPRESENTATION OF ITEMS

  1. For glitter items, please note that glitter placement will differ for every piece.
  2. Colors shown may have slight variance on different screens as different tech devices have different specifications. As such, colors may be portrayed with slight differences. This applies especially for brighter hues. Requests for exchange/ return due to such reasons will be rejected.
  3. Items with slight imperfections (e.g slightly flipped clear protective film) which do not affect the overall appearance or usage of the item will not be considered a defect.
