With proper application, our nail wraps typically stay on for 7 to 10 days.
If you have naturally smooth/glossy/oily nail surface, buffing your nail surface before application will help the nail wraps adhere better.
If you intend to wear them beyond 10 days, do apply a layer of base coat to protect your nail from moisture seeping under the nail wrap over time.
Each pack comes with 16 nail strips of various sizes to ensure that it will fit any nail size.
The nail wraps can also be trimmed easily on the sides for narrow nails.

Our nail wraps are typically applied to bare nails but it can also be applied over shellac, acrylic, gel or nail wraps.
We have a range of transparent overlay nail wraps that are great for layering!
We recommend applying the nail wraps after your shower as the nail wrap takes time to fully adhere to your nails.
Simply soak your fingers in warm water for 8-10 minutes and gently peel off the nail wraps.
Once the nail wraps have been removed, wash your hands with soap.
1. Always start with clean dry hands. Any oil or moisturisers may affect the results of the application.
2. Buff your nail. If you have naturally smooth, glossy or waxy nails, buffing your nail surface gives the nail wraps a better grip, allowing it to stay on longer.
3. Apply base coat. If you intend to wear the nail wraps beyond 10 days, a base coat offers a layer of protection between your nails and the nail wrap.
4. Avoid touching your skin and cuticle. Apply the nail wraps slightly above your cuticle line. Do not overlap on your cuticle or skin. Placing it on your cuticle or skin will cause the corners to flip up easily.
5. File downwards and in one direction only. Filing in any other direction may cause the nail wraps to lift and air bubbles may occur.
6. Apply top coat. Remember to 'cap' the tip of your nails to seal it for a longer lasting finish. If you are using gel top coat, clean off excess gel around your nails before curing it. *Some top coats may not be compatible with our nail wraps and may cause shrinkage.
7. Avoid water for a few hours. We recommend applying the nail wraps after shower as it takes time to fully adhere to your nails.
8. Maximise each pack by cutting the nail wraps into half. If you keep your nails short, you can cut the nail wraps into half and use one strip for 2 nails!
Unfortunately, not all top coats are compatible. Top coats that are not suitable may cause shrinkage and bubbles in the nail wraps.

Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unused condition. This means that the item must be sealed and in sellable condition. All sleeve packaging, nail file and cuticle pusher, free gift included in the packaging must also be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Items not eligible for returns:
- Gift Cards
- Items purchased during a sale, discounted items and/ or orders made with promotional codes are strictly non-returnable
- Any items not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to manufacturing defect
- Any items that have been opened / used

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return are approved, your refund will be made strictly via store credits. We do not provide cash refunds for any return orders and delivery fees, if any, won't be refunded. Your return will be processed within 7 business days from when we receive it.
Exchanges
We are only able to replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, kindly email us at hello@nailwrap.co
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Defects / Damaged Items
- For glitter/sprinkle nail wraps, please note that glitter/sprinkle placement will differ for every piece - this will not be considered a defect.
- Colors shown may have slight variance on different screens as different tech devices have different specifications. As such, colors may be portrayed with slight differences. This applies especially for brighter hues. This will not be considered a defect.
- Items with slight imperfections (e.g. slightly flipped clear protective film) which do not affect the overall appearance or usage of the item will not be considered a defect.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We highly recommend that you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
