Yes! We ship worldwide. Your nail wraps are shipped from Singapore.

CURRENCY

All orders on NAILWRAP.CO are processed in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

For your convenience, we have a currency converter on our site. However this for an indication only, NAILWRAP.CO process all orders in SGD. While the content of your cart will be displayed in your local currency, you will checkout using SGD at the most current exchange rate.

This is the reason your confirmation email amount may differ to the amount on your bank statement. 

SINGAPORE ORDERS

Singapore Registered Mail / Courier (SingPost SmartPac)

Top up SGD 3.50 for local courier. Delivery takes between 1-3 working days. Tracking number provided.

FREE Singapore Registered Mail / Courier - Above SGD 50 (SingPost SmartPac)

For orders SGD 50 and above, we offer free local courier delivery. Delivery takes between 1-3 working days. Tracking number provided. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For all international orders, shipping fee is at a flat rate of SGD 6. Delivery takes between 7-30 working days, depending on the country it is delivered to. Significant delays in delivery is expected due to COVID-19 situation. Tracking number provided.

All shipping addresses are to be written in English without accents marks on letters. If the incorrect address is provided and your order has been shipped, customers will incur a reshipping fee.

You may be charged for handling fees and taxes when your order goes through the customs. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs and tax regulations differ for each country. If you have any questions regarding the charges, please refer to your local delivery service.

NAILWRAP.CO will not be responsible for any delays or held liable should any parcels be seized by the customs due to unpaid taxes.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

All of our parcels are shipped with Singapore Post. For international orders your parcel will be handed over to your local postal company for delivery.

Tracking Instructions:

1. You will receive your tracking number by email 2 days after your order has been dispatched.

2. Go to Singapore Post and enter your tracking number and press the track button. You will then see the progress of your parcel.

For Singapore orders that do not fit SingPost SmartPac envelopes, we ship with Qxpress.

RETURNED PACKAGES

If your package is returned back to us due to incomplete address, wrong address, unsuccessful courier delivery after 2nd delivery attempt, the buyer will have to top up the delivery fee before we can resend it again. Kindly ensure that the address entered at checkout is correct.
